As items are custom-made, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for change of mind, incorrect selections, or customer-approved errors.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order, please contact us within the stated claim period with photos so we can assist.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES & RETURN-TO-SENDER PACKAGES

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order, as incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, failed delivery attempts, or returned parcels.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable and you would still like to receive it, we can assist with reshipping once a corrected address is provided. Additional shipping charges will apply based on the selected delivery method.

If your order is time-sensitive, placing a new order may be the fastest option to meet your event date.
